Doggy Day Camp!

While my intention had been to simply scan Asher's "Report Card", my scanner isn't working and I can't figure out why. So, here's what it says.

"Today my doggy pals were: Chloe, Milo, Dylan, Tropper & Olive." Interesting, since his friend Jack was there too! I was told when I picked him up that Asher stayed off to himself to some extent (learning the lay of the land no doubt, and not wanting to find himself in the dreaded, time out cage!)

"My favorite activities today were: wrestling with my friends, playing tug of war, chewing on a bone." They did not check off "cuddling with my counselor, climbing on the jungle gym, Resting up and observing." I did ask if he slept at all and was told that he had not. Needless to say he is now out cold (it is 6:46 pm).

"Today I was: A happy camper, Enjoyed myself." I'm glad they did not check off "A little devil, or Missed You."

His Counselor Comments (this is from Melisa, who thought his name was Ashes at first, and fixed it) "Had a Great First Day! Really enjoyed wrestling with Olive & Milo today! Very nice and playful to his friends :) (The smily face was on their too!)

So he was happy. We thought he would be. I missed him more than I thought I would, and could have, should have, used the time a little better - but there are plenty more of these days ahead!
