A Very Grown Up Puppy

While Grandma and Grandpa were away, Asher turned into a very grown up puppy. He stayed alone in "his" city apartment (he thinks it's his, although Jillian might not agree!) He had quality time with Auntie Sharon. He stayed ALONE in his city apartment!

So, this morning, when Mommy went to work, Grandpa went to play softball and Grandma went to sub at Mommy's work, Asher stayed home alone, and "uncrated." When Asher heard Grandma go to "his" cabinet and get out some pieces of chicken, he ran up to his room, where he was rewarded with chicken pieces, his home alone bone, and a goodbye kiss. But his door was left open, for the first time in a very very long time. When Grandpa came home a few hours later, Asher was snoozing on a chair in the living room - and the carpet was intact upstairs!

Tomorrow is the big test - Grandpa will go to work regular time, Grandma will go to work regular time, and Mommy has to go into the city about an hour after Grandma leaves. And Asher will have the run of the house, until Grandma comes home at 2!
