Low tide and Lola

It is going to get really cold here in the next day or so, and I figured that we might not make it to the beach for a while. So, since it was in the upper 30s, Asher and I went to Playland. It turned out to be low low tide again and while we didn't go all the way out to the rocks this time, it meant that Asher got to run in all different kinds of sand - dry, hard and wet, and muddy. He met Lola, a 4 yr old lab and they were tearing down the beach - running so hard that in the muddy sand they were leave pawprints that were an inch or two deep! They had a great time, really running hard and just barely going into the water. It was a terrific playdate for the little guy!
