Earning his keep!

Today Alan and I decided to start pulling up some of the errant roots that have taken over a back corner of our lot. It took a lot of muscle and a new, really cool, pruner. And we had Asher on his 40 ft line, attached on the side of the garage so he could be near us. He watched Alan pulling on the roots to pull them out of the ground, and he started doing the same thing! Actually what he was doing was digging in the grass, but the intention was the same! He is such a good helper.

When he isn't sleeping on the driveway that is! This is a view from the window from earlier, but it is a regular situation for him!
