Tick, no Tock (warning gross ahead)

Mama and Asher were "in a really cute position cuddling" when she found a tick. So she googled how to get rid of it, and grandma donned rubber gloves and used a tweezer and pulled the sucker (pun intended) out. We cleaned it up and all looks well. Rena checked on the internet and it was a "dog tick" as opposed to a "deer tick." So it is not the Lyme disease kind of tick we think. It was sort of gross, but the puppy behaved really really well.
