A Different Kind of Car Experience

Asher needed to go to the vet this morning. He needed his bloodwork etc to get his heartworm prescription refilled. And we wanted to make sure that his balking when we take him for a walk is behavioral and not medical (he *was* a difficult dog when he was younger!)

Mommy needed to get to work after the vet appointment, so Asher rode with her, but with Grandma in the car behind them. When we all stopped for a light, Mommy told Asher that Grandma was in the car behind him - and he understood! He went to the back of her car to look back at the waving hand of Grandma. How to confuse a dog!

Yesterday he had another NYC experience. He really likes going (and checking his P mail as his mommy says) and he never knows who he will get to see! This time he and mommy went for ice cream with his old friend Karen; they were very happy to see each other!
