A Road Trip!

Friday morning Asher embarked on his latest road trip adventure...he headed up to the Boston area with his mommy and girlfriend in tow.

First we visited Jillian's grandparents - Grammy and Grandpa.
Asher was on his best behavior, most of the time. He did some redecorating.
And was on the lookout for all the bad guys in Ipswich.

After an amazing dinner from the famous Clam Box - including tastes for Asher of fried fish and fried scallops, we headed to White's for ice cream. Asher got his trademark vanilla soft serve cone. We headed home and saw a duo of skunks eating a dead squirrel. I snapped a mediocre shot...
Asher slept fairly well that night. Most of his zzzs were caught on his own private lounger thing. He barked a few times, but nothing serious that woke others. Wew.

The next morning Mommy and Jillian went to the beach - Asher isnt allowed there between certain dates (this guarantees a return visit)

Then we went to visit Evyn and Gabby. Jillian and Mommy had a puppy free lunch in cambridge and asher went to Boston Commons to flirt with all the girls.

We all spent the afternoon hanging out in Gabby's apartment.

Asher was happy and chill until the thunderstorms started. luckily he was able to find a safe bathroom to hide in.

But we all slept well...and were happy to be lazy in the morning - on our double blow up bed which stood 21 inches high.

We hopped to the North End to meet up with our favorite italians - Julie and Jeffrey - and of course Chris and Beth...Paula was sleeping and thus didnt see us. Sad. Yet another reason to plan our return already!
Evyn let asher drive a little...

Asher was VERY tired from all that socializing and begging for food. But he liked "dead-dogging" next to Chris! The ride home was exhausting. Pepe the car had a "service engine" light...and so Mommy decided not to use the AC, but to keep windows open. It made Asher ever more tired! So he slept. the entire ride home.
the end.
next road trip? Sherman in august!
