Early Morning at Ward Acres

We went for an early morning walk at Ward Acres - first time we've been there in a few months. Started out with Asher on his leash, but right away a white husky came over to say hello - and his owner asked if this was Asher, since Asher is Aces favorite dog! So they ran and played for a while together...an Australian Shepard named Ginger tried to herd them, but they didn't want to do that so she went off with her owner. When a dog walker came with 8 dogs off leash, I re-leashed Asher and took him in a different direction (and then unleashed him.) When it was time to go he happily sat, took his treat and let me put the leash back on. And then home for breakfast for him! (Oh, I forgot...the hole in the poop bag was not fun...good thing I had gloves with me!)
