Now hear this! Now hear this! This is a (not even a little bit) hostile takeover by EMILY HANNAH SCHUBERT!
For those of you who are wondering why Marcie has given me permission to blog for you, it's because I had an amazing expereince this weekend. While standing outside in the freezing cold so I could get some exceedingly tasty oatmeal, a puppy walked down the street. I turned to Sean and said "Sean, look! It's Smashy!" and we both stared so dumbfoundedly at this dog which could have been Asher if only there was a Fraade attatched to the other end that the owner struck up a conversation with us. From this conversation we learned 3 things:
1) Asher's identical twin was a girl, named Goldie
2) She too, was a transplant, but from Tennessee
3) Goldie and Asher had the same exact temperment.
We stood and marveled over the similarities for serveral minutes while Goldie romped with a pup about 1/4 her size, and I worked up the nerve to ask Goldie's owner for a photo. (This, Marcie, is why I gave in and bought a digital camera. For moments like this) So, here, for all to see, is Asher's Tennesseean twin, Goldie!

Not the best photos ever, and I will admit that Goldie's ears are a bit bigger (she'll grow into them, she'll grow into them) but seeing her made me so excited to see Asher and his mama in just a couple more weeks that I had to share my excitement! YAAAAAAAAAA!

WOW - thats so adorable!!
her body is so asher. the face is more judah (and chaucer, a dog who lives in my building) Those ears are so adorable.
regardless, you should have gotten her number. im sure asher has some hetero in him. . . .
She almost gave me her number, but then when she heard Asher was a country pup she renegged. But, had you not had asher, um, ahem, trimmed, (not that that was a bad idea) I totally would have gotten her number so there could be little asher pups!
