A Breakthrough!

Yesterday, after Asher got his shot (he was *very* well behaved at the vet's office), we went to Petco to get him his new Gentle Leader and a new squeaky ball, since he is orange one no longer had a squeak. Oh, and Beggin Strips which were on sale, and I had a coupon. Anyway, I brought with me a bowl to return to the Konwisers, and Asher and I went to visit with Lacy and Grandma Leah. Eventually Ava and Jenny came home too. But, the breakthrough was that Asher and Lacy actually played for a few minutes! She's willing but for some reason he is hesitant. But he did actually run in the back yard with Jenny a bit (but he was scared of the big soccer balls that she brought out.) We'll try having the dogs play again soon and see if Asher gets more comfortable - but really, Lacy is no longer barking at him like he is going to hurt anyone!
