With Mama Out of Town...

...it only seems fair to repost on the blog. Asher did okay after his mama left on Wednesday night - it was time for him to go to sleep anyway. Thursday morning he woke up and climbed into bed with grandma and grandpa...so grandma left. His real confusion in the morning was when he went down to mama's room to give her a good morning snuggle and she wasn't there...but her alarm was going off...very confusing for a little puppy. We went out around 9:20 for a nice walk, and basically the puppy slept most of the day. Last night he spent the evening cuddling with grandma, though eventually went to his own bed to sleep. But at about 5 this morning, he made his presence known in bed again - and it doesn't matter if there isn't a space for him...he was quite comfortable with about 1/2 his weight on grandma! We'll go out for a walk this morning, and then it is off to the "hotel" for the puppy until Wednesday afternoon. He'll have lots of fun on the dog runs and gossiping with the other dogs at the hotel!
