Who can explain it, who can tell you why
For a few weeks, Asher has been refusing to go for a walk on his regular route, through Scarsdale. It is classy to pee and poop in Scarsdale (sort of like when his Auntie Sharon went to Bergdorf's bathroom when she was 12, but that's another story.) But he refused. Planted his little feet and wouldn't go.
Until today.
I figured it was time to try the walk again - it was convenient for me since I didn't feel like driving some place to take him for a walk. And there he was - sprinting ahead of me, ears flapping, happy to go where this dog didn't want to go before.
Who can explain it, who can tell you why (apologies to Rodgers and Hammerstein, but South Pacific is in my head!)
