Grandma, May I?

How cute is this? When Asher is given a frozen marrow bone he immediately goes upstairs with it. Sometimes he stays out in the hall with it (ergo the bloody stains on the carpet) and sometimes he goes into his room (the carpet is already red there, thank goodness). And he chews on it for quite a while. But if Grandma is sitting in her room, and he has been chewing for a while, he comes to the doorway with the bone in his mouth and pauses, as if to ask "Grandma, may I come up onto the bed and bring my bone with me?" All Grandma has to say is "Come on up Asher" and puppy and bone do just that!
